Yeah.. well, I understand. Sure, some traffic would be great. But that's what every gallery aims for - traffic. Pictures for the fans, an adition to your board, traffic for the site. I guess that's how it works. Maybe I am wrong, because I am pretty new to the business. Business is maybe not even the right word for that. It's rather a hobby. I publish my private archive on my website to fund further shootings  on the one hand and to stop the slow death of the nylon niche. If there was enough material for guys like me, I wouldn't even have thought of producing my own sets. And now I publish them for other fans. Which is really a hobby, because in the time I invest to start my first website, I could easily earn a dozen times more with a regular job.

Also I have to say that I might have posted the wrong way for the first time. There was only a picture with a link. After that was deleted - what I can understand - I posted a link to a promo gallery with 16 free pictures. I guess that this is really decent. Also when I posted for the first time, sent a private message to a moderator (FoggyNotion) to ask wether this is the right format or wether I can do anything better to comply to your standards. Unfortunately, the thread was already deleted when he answered to my question. So I posted again - delete - and posted again - delete - and posted the gallery with 16 pics finally. 

But again: what's in it for you. Good question. I don't know. Some posts of famous girls (I got some really sweet and famous pornstars in my personal archive)? A backlink to your site on my webpage? A good feeling allowing somebody to advertise on your forum who puts his time and money into his site to stop the slow death of cool and exclusive nylon content? Just tell me what I can do - and I try. There will also be an affiliate programme soon. Maybe that's of any interest to you.

It's nice having a computer that is basically scilent of HD noice, and is very "snappy"

I'm used to my laptop (Macbook Air 13) which has SSD. I used a friends computer which has the old style HD and it sucked! Noisy, slow sometimes, inconsistent. (It was a new-ish decent spec machine.)

Solid state is nice and you'll quickly be spoiled for anything less.

I have  been going to video one for a while, and I have had no problems. Lately I have been encountering an fbi virus. I know it isn't an fbi virus, but it has been wrecking my system. I tried to use avast, but I found that it caused major slow downs. What can I use as an Anti-virus and firewall for free? Also I have been using spybot search and destroy w/ malwarebytes essentials. We don't like having Archive -forum in the first place, since it's confusing to split topics in two forums.

So, why we had archive?

1) to keep Teen Request -forum clean, so the old topics would not cause bumping on page 1,

2) to show only archive topics in Peachy18 (but nowadays Peachy18 show everything)

3) technical problem, teen forum would get too slow (but that's nowadays quite fixed).

At the moment, there's no new "archive" topics - at least until I find  another way to fix problem number (1). Maybe there's something found, when the new forum layout is release in a few weeks? We'll see.

Vatsis:

- Quick Reply no longer loads buttons, so the editor is always "Plain Text" for all browsers. That is intentional, so the buttons don't slow down loading the thread -page.

Changed Quick Reply back to Standard for Everyone, now using only Bold, Link and Unlink -buttons. This is regardless of your profile settings.

Thanks to Funky, I noticed that after forcing the Quick Reply -editor to "Plain Text" for everyone, the typed-in link-texts didn't get properly underlined (=linked). Fixed this turning Quick Reply back to Standard, now using only Bold, Link and Unlink -buttons.

We should now have the best of the both worlds: there are fewer images to be loaded on thread-pages AND the links get underlined.

www.nurdgurl.com has some new pictures and videos of her.  Nothing hardcore but it looks like she lost a bit of weight since her last website.  She looks much better her body is much tighter.  They have her dressed up as an elf or something http://www.nurdgurl.com/gurls2.html  plus they also have a video of her playing the Wii in slow motion.  Its pretty hot.

Some check-ups and overhaul have taken place and are possibly not yet finished.   I'm having the same problems from time to time.  It's very bad right now.

Request section working very slow...all others seem OK...started about four days ago...anyone else?

Well... I've run alsorts of virus scans, I've checked that JavaScripts are On. And I've also reinstalled ie7.

Still v slow and still over 95% CPU usage when I log in to PeachyForum... :-(   Other sites seem ok.

Problems started after Peachy was changed Sun/Mon - with logon window on the left and the adverts on the top right. NOT saying that its Peachy, but am looking for ideas as to what could be wrong with my setup now?

...just wanted to add - the front page is too slow as well, should be less then 4sec. Don't know why collecting all the stats etc. takes 10+ sec...  I'm sure it's #1 turn off since I'm sure there are people never seeing PeachyForum because of it.

With the next upgrade (very soon) of our forum-software, there will be (again) a good-working searchtool (hopefully).  I've feeling our webmaster has already started indexing the new searchtool, which would explain the present slow and sluggish performance of the boards. Indexing would stretch server-capicity to its limits.

I've been using my cellphone as a model (long story) and trying to find some ways to make the web even a little faster... here's my tips:

1) Low cost proxy acceleration services

"Propel Accelerator" that really works for me - the net is about 20x times faster and just costs $5 / month. Only works for dial-ups/mobile phones as modems.

The main idea is that it works as a proxy and my comp only communicates with Propel server that compress all gifs/jpegs/htmls. Well, the trade-off is that the pics look bad if I set the compression level too high, butI'm so used to fast surfing that I don't mind too much. Works with text pages as well, since it sends them gzipped if they aren't already (all PeachyForum pages are zipped, so they should load fast even without accelerators).

2) Google Accelerator

It currently says "36 min saved" so I guess it's doing something... dunno if it's needed when I use Propel, or if it's just slowing things down. Mainly for broadband connections, so I might try it again when I get my adsl back online.

3) ...and some other programs

Since the downloads are so slow for files & lines are unstable, I've started to use proggies that allow continuing where I've left... haven't got any favorites yet, so cannot recommend any.

Other things to consider are some programs that are installed on your computer and that check if the pages you're asking have been updated... if not, they will offer a cached version. There are some programs that even start downloading the pages your current one is linking to and therefore will speed up loading if you'll click the link but haven't tried them yet.

That bug is not caused by javascript but by un-intelligent way to retrieve recordsets... I'm pretty sure the inner logic goes like this: when on page 1, retrieve a set of 25 posts. When on page 2, retrive a set of 50 posts AND show only from 25-50. On page 3... so on. Until, on page 10 it might retrieve something like 250 posts for just showing 225-250. Javascript-navigation is another problem, and it causes problems like:
1) When trying to go back to a page #2 or up, it asks to refresh the page... because the javascipt link POSTS the info of where to go. Only good thing about that is there's no long urls with things like &page=2&vieworder=xxx etc.
2) It makes navigation non-functional if javascript off (and who has the nerves to surf porn with javascript?)
3) GoogleBot doesn't manage to index the threads... which means inaccurate search results (while we're using GoogleSearch)

The new version on the testing phase seems to have overcame all those issues.
